The dual labor market in the disabled person labor market: The study for the state dependence of low wages

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify of the dual labor market in the disabled person labor market by the type and degree of disability. Employer, who is faced with the regulation on related to the employment of disabled person, prefers the specific disability-type or disability-degree. This study analyzes the state dependence of low wages according to the specific disability-type or disability-degree with Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED) in the model of dynamic random effect probit model with is considering The heterogeneity between people and the lagged state of wage level. The finding of this study is that the state dependence existed in all models regardless of the disability type or degree of disability irrelevantly. But the state dependence of the severly disabled person is higher than the slight disabled person. Hence this paper suggests that the labor market of the disabled person is dual labor market according to the specific disability-type or disability-degree.
